Employment Equity Act Consulting

The Employment Equity Act requires federally regulated employers with at least 100 employees (under the Legislated Employment Equity Program – LEEP) to analyze their workforce, review their employment systems, and develop and implement an employment equity program.

The Act requires employers to ensure the full representation of members of four designated groups within their organizations: women, Indigenous people, persons with disabilities, and members of racialized groups.
