Meet The Team

Devon Frame
Devon has extensive experience in consulting and training services in equity, diversity, and inclusion. Devon has assisted organizations in meeting employment equity legislative requirements, creating accessibility plans, and launching online training programs across Canada.
Devon brings a creative approach to designing and developing interactive online and in-person training. She is an advocate for the 2SLGTBQIA+ community and is committed to creating inclusive, welcoming, and diverse spaces in both organizations and communities.
Prior to working with Frame & Associates, Devon worked on recruitment and retention in the education sector, helping develop national recruitment and retention strategies. Devon also worked in violence prevention e-learning and in-person training programs in the healthcare sector.
Devon has a Bachelor of Political Science and Psychology from the University of British Columbia and an Associate Certificate of Human Resources from the British Columbia Institute of Technology.

Sandy Berman
Sandy Berman, through her company Circa Enterprises, has for more than 25 years been involved in the design, implementation, and management of a variety of research, curriculum development, training, and evaluation projects. She has primarily worked on projects related to diversity and the implementation of organizational change. She has developed in-person and online training programs in order to promote inclusion in the workplace. She has worked with organizations to develop policies and practices related to diversity.
Sandy has worked on projects to improve access for internationally educated professionals. This has included needs assessments, organizational reviews, and the development of strategies to remove barriers to the integration of diverse groups in the workforce. Sandy has a Masters of Adult Education from St Francis Xavier University, Nova Scotia and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Manchester.

Investigator and Trainer
Linda Sum
Linda Sum is a widely respected human rights trainer and investigator with over 25 years of experience in harassment prevention and diversity. She has designed and delivered human rights and inclusion workshops for a wide range of audiences and has substantial experience investigating complaints of harassment, bullying, and discrimination. Linda also works as a sessional instructor at the Justice Institute of BC, teaching diversity courses in the Law Enforcement Studies program.
For 15 years, Linda was responsible for operating the human rights office at Langara College in Vancouver, BC. In addition to conducting investigations for the College, Linda worked collaboratively to resolve complex, sensitive issues. She was also instrumental in building institutional capacity to create inclusion through policy development, education, and skills training.
Linda has a Bachelor of Commerce and a Bachelor of Laws degree, both from the University of British Columbia, and previously practiced law in the area of labour and employment.

Investigator, Mediator and Trainer
Catherine Sullivan
Catherine Sullivan is a respected human rights investigator/mediator and trainer in the area of harassment prevention, inclusion, and advocacy. She currently works as an associate with Frame & Associates Consulting and as a contract mediator with the BC Human Rights Tribunal.
For many years, Catherine was employed by the BC Government and Service Employees’ Union as the Co-ordinator of the Advocacy Department where she supervised staff and represented members at arbitrations, workers’ compensation appeals, human rights and court hearings. Prior to her work with the union, Catherine practiced law in the area of human rights and labour.
Catherine has extensive experience designing and delivering human rights and inclusion workshops for a wide range of audiences. She has a Bachelor of Arts, Bachelor of Laws, and Masters of Social Work degree.

Devirani Naidoo
Devirani is a dynamic and engaging trainer who has spent more than a decade helping organizations create inclusive and respectful workplaces. As a respectful workplace professional with numerous public and private organizations, Devirani developed a keen insight into the issues facing today’s workplaces. A skilled facilitator, she delivers respectful workplace and diversity training for a variety of sectors.
Devirani has led strategies, practices, and initiatives designed to ensure that the work environment is supportive of all employees. Devirani was born in South Africa and is of Indigenous Khoisan African and Indian biracial ethnicity. Her lived experience in pre-and post-Apartheid South Africa has influenced her approach to delivering leadership coaching in equity, diversity, inclusion, belonging and anti-racism. Devirani helps leaders build the skills needed to better understand, lead, and engage diverse teams.
Devirani is a certified Conscious Aging facilitator in the US and Canada and has a degree in Business Administration (Political Science, Organizational Psychology) from the University of KwaZulu Natal, South Africa.

Web & E-Learning Developer
Leah Kruger
Leah is an experienced learning designer with a passion for online learning and interactive instructional design. She brings a fresh eye to challenging topics, and has over 10 years of experience designing and developing corporate and compliance training.
Prior to working in design, Leah facilitated professional employment workshops for a Vancouver consulting firm. She also recruited, coached and mentored young franchisees in all areas of business, including sales, marketing, leadership, goal-setting and time management. Leah has a Bachelor of Business Administration from Simon Fraser University, with a major in human resources and publishing.

Hosting Solution Architect
Richard Nasr
Richard has extensive knowledge and experience in designing and developing web-based training. He is the architect of our learning management system and integrates our online learning programs to a variety of client learning management systems.
Richard has a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and over fifteen years of experience as a senior software engineer and software consultant.

Founding Principal
Rebecca Frame
Rebecca Frame has extensive knowledge and experience in diversity, employment equity, harassment prevention, and culture change. She designs, develops, and implements online and in-person training programs that foster respectful and inclusive workplaces. She specializes in working with employees and teams to build understanding and turn diversity strategy into action. She assists organizations in integrating diversity strategy with business and human resource goals.
Rebecca has conducted investigations, mediations, and interventions to resolve workplace harassment issues. In the area of organizational change, Rebecca has undertaken organizational reviews and assisted organizations in identifying best practices in diversity. Rebecca has a degree in Psychology and a degree in Social Work from the University of British Columbia.

Employment Equity Analyst
Olivia Johnson
Olivia has extensive experience in financial consulting and data analytics. As a CPA at KPMG Vancouver, she specialized in financial analysis, auditing, and compliance.
Olivia brings a technical, data-focused approach to her work at Frame and Assocaites. Her expertise in advanced data analytics tools and interpreting large datasets help our team optimize employment equity and federal contractor program reporting.
Olivia holds a Bachelor of Management and a Certificate in Project Management from the University of British Columbia, along with a Master of Accounting from the University of Saskatchewan.

Editor
Jane Fairbanks
Jane has more than 30 years’ experience as a freelance and in-house editor and communications generalist, working mostly with medical societies and with international not-for-profit and human rights organizations.
She provides substantive editing and copy editing to ensure clarity and consistency of language, as well as accuracy of content in journal articles, book chapters, training materials, and promotional pieces, whether for print or for online use.
