Founded in 1992, Frame & Associates specializes in diversity, employment equity, and respectful workplace training and consulting services. The firm was founded because of the need for better understanding of workplace issues that can have a profound impact on both employees and organizations.
Frame & Associates has assisted organizations from a wide spectrum of industries achieve their diversity goals. Our clients include a range of private and public sector organizations across Canada. We offer practical tools to help our clients build respectful and inclusive work cultures.
Our online programs provide interactive training for managers and employees on respectful workplaces, diversity, and inclusion. We also offer in-person training. In the area of organizational change, our firm has undertaken organizational reviews and assisted organizations to identify best practices in diversity.
Frame & Associates helps organizations create a workplace culture that attracts, values and retains a diverse workforce and supports employment equity. Our firm has assisted many clients achieve their diversity goals, and several of the organizations we have worked with have been nationally recognized for their diversity achievements.

About Our Team
Devon Frame
Principal
Devon has extensive experience in consulting and training services in equity, diversity, and inclusion. Devon has assisted organizations in meeting employment equity legislative requirements, creating accessibility plans, and launching online training programs across Canada.
Devon brings a creative approach to designing and developing interactive online and in-person training. She is an advocate for the 2SLGTBQIA+ community and is committed to creating inclusive, welcoming, and diverse spaces in both organizations and communities.
Prior to working with Frame & Associates, Devon worked on recruitment and retention in the education sector, helping develop national recruitment and retention strategies. Devon also worked in violence prevention e-Learning and in-person training programs in the healthcare sector.
Devon has a Bachelor of Political Science and Psychology from the University of British Columbia and an Associate Certificate of Human Resources from the British Columbia Institute of Technology.
