Rebecca Frame

Rebecca Frame has worked for the past twelve years as a private consultant, specializing in harassment prevention, conflict resolution, employment equity and diversity.

Rebecca has a degree in Psychology and a Bachelor of Social Work, both from U.B.C. She has broad experience in the health, social service, program administration, and training fields with the private sector and federal, provincial, non-profit and community organizations. Prior to working as a private consultant, she worked as an employment equity consultant for the federal government. Rebecca has also provided internal consulting services and training to program delivery managers and staff for the federal government.

Delea Hennenfent

Delea Hennenfent has a degree in law from the University of Toronto and was called to the bar of British Columbia in 1979. She practiced criminal and family law in Vancouver for three years and later worked for four years as a complaints investigator and advisor to the Ombudsman. She has extensive experience as an instructor at Douglas College where she designed and taught courses in criminology.

Delea has a Conflict Resolution certificate from the Justice Institute and a certificate in Family Law Mediation. She has comprehensive knowledge of human rights and arbitration case law relating to harassment and discrimination issues in the workplace. She has proven experience as a mediator and investigator in resolving complex issues.
